I had a wonderful getaway at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. The location is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. The dining experience was top-notch, worth every penny. The facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the room was set up with a crib as requested, and we got a better rate than advertised online at the front desk. However, there was a gross smell that lingered in the room.

The hotel's location was a definite highlight of the stay. Being just one block over from Gatlinburg's main strip and the chair lift at Ober Gatlinburg made it so convenient to explore the area without needing to constantly use our car.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The room I had was a suite with a separate living area from the king bed and a large bath, overlooking a rushing trout stream from the balcony. It was very clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, although it felt a bit small for a Hilton Garden Inn. The location was ideal, being perfect - nice and quiet yet super close to all Gatlinburg attractions and restaurants.

The hotel's location on River Road, right behind the main Parkway, allowed me to easily walk to all the downtown attractions and restaurants in Gatlinburg. Additionally, it was within walking distance to great shopping areas and restaurants. The trolley service in town and the proximity to the Smoky Mountains made exploring the area a breeze.
